What is the format of the Crash Course for Parents?

All sessions are offered in group format, via Zoom meeting. Each session includes 10-15 minutes of Q+A where you can ask questions, and/or learn from other parents who bring questions you haven’t thought to ask yet!

Will the sessions be recorded so I can watch even if I can’t attend?

Yes. An individual link to a recording of the session will be available by request, for registrants who are unable to attend. Recordings will be available for two weeks following each session.

Does each person on the Zoom meeting need to register?

Registration includes up to 2 parents/guardians within one household. Students are welcome to attend if their schedule allows, but content is created specifically for parents/guardians.

What is the deadline to register?

Register by April 20 to attend all 5 sessions. Registration closes 2 days prior to the start of each session.

My student’s situation is unique. Can I ask personal questions and get individualized guidance?

Yes! You are welcome to ask any question during the group sessions, and we will spend our last 10-15 minutes answering as many as possible. If the nature of your question is more personal and/or you’d like more individual support, register for all 5 sessions for an opportunity to add on a 45-minute Individual Consultation. In this meeting, you set the topics, and you will receive guidance specific to just your student. Individual Consultations are scheduled at your convenience between Apr 24 - June 6 (offered Mon-Thurs, 8am-2pm).
